NTDTV LOS ANGELES, an independent, nonprofit TV network, seeks a top-notch Videographer to produce news and network-quality video packages involving location lighting, video/audio recording, directing techniques, and field editing. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of one year's experience in video field production, or a B.A. in video production
• Working knowledge of state-of-the-art video cameras, lighting and audio production techniques, and equipment operation
• Ability to perform advanced remote production functions involving lighting, directing, and audio recording
• Knowledge of TV production in remote locations
• Basic editing skills using Adobe Premiere
• Ability to follow direction, work as an influential production team member and/or independently, including performing as a One Man Band on field assignments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to make timely decisions
• Ability to give directions clearly, as well as take directions
• Ability to travel extensively and work nights and weekends
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to stand for extended periods; ability to bend and lift to 50lbs
