The attention to detail required and the ability to anticipate Club members’ every need, above and beyond their expressed expectations require that the Travel Butler is a consummate multi-talented professional with impeccable world-class standards. Additionally, the ability to proficiently and flawlessly manage multi-task assignments while consistently maintaining a warm, gracious and polished decorum is critical. Punctual adherence to flexible and fluid work schedule requirements during travel excursions is essential.

The Butler shall remain immediately available during assigned shifts or while "on call" to respond to guests’ needs while maintaining strict confidentiality of guest information and activities, without exception.

Duties may vary immensely based on specific travel itineraries and guests’ prerogatives. Such duties may include, but are not limted to: assisting guests in unpacking, packing, and the selection, care and maintenance of their wardrobes. Polishing shoes, removing spots, brushing, pressing, performing minor repairs to clothing items, and arranging for laundry and dry cleaning services and return of these items to the guest's respective wardrobe.

The Butler often plans, arranges, organizes and coordinates cocktail and dinner parties, receptions, entertainment, and other functions and services proficiently upon request. Additionally, s/he may be called upon to serves meals, snacks, tea, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items in guest suites. Further s/he may arrange for a wide range of personal services independently or in concert with hotel concierges. Personal services could range from drawing and assisting guests with baths, dressings and other personal needs to procuring tickets to world-class sporting, cultural, social, and entertainment events, shopping, or executive assistant tasks. The Travel Butler is a master at transforming dreams into reality.

Ideal candidates will have a proven, successful track record as a highly experienced butler, major domo, valet, or executive/ VIP assistant. Such candidates must possess strong international social etiquette skills and solid customer service expertise in the upscale private service, hospitality and/or luxury travel industries. Moreover, all candidates will have a verifiable history of embracing and utilizing ethical business practices without fail in all business dealings. Three (3) professional references will be required for consideration as well as clearing criminal background checks, pre-employment and random drug screens as well as the ability to receive international high security clearance.
