- Outbound focus on key decision makers, with aggressive activity targets requiring a results-oriented attitude to exceed goals and push himself/herself.
- Strong ability to hunt for new business, while developing dormant past customers.
Create a comprehensive plan to connect with customers in Georgia and the surrounding market.
- Positive attitude and teamwork to collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong partnerships to provide the customer with an exceptional experience.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners to build strong foundations with joint customers.
- Strong social media presence and virtual selling skills, including email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and CRM utilization, among others.
- Attends conferences and trade shows, as requested by the company.
- Consistently pursues individual development related to business development.
- This position requires sales experience in construction/steel projects related sales or other related B2B sales function.
- Experience working with or strong understanding of general contractors and/or individuals in commercial skilled trades.
- Display exemplary work ethic, professionalism, and track record of success.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships both internally and externally.
- Strong listening skills, empathy for the customer, problem-solving and communication skills are required.
- Ability to deliver high-volume outbound activities to maintain a quality and diverse pipeline of opportunities.
