How You’ll Make an Impact


  • This Strategy and Business Development professional is responsible for developing, overseeing, and driving the strategic initiatives of Gas Service Latin America, Regional Service Unit.
  • This role collaborates closely with Sales & Marketing, Service Operations, Service Programs, EHS/Quality and the Controls and Digitalization functional teams, in the development of strategic initiatives, analysis, research and business models to support and grow the business in the region.
  • This role works together with Latin America Generation (Central), Industrial and Oil & Gas (Distributed) Customers liaising with the various business counterparts (internally and externally) in the development and execution of their strategic projects
  • Leading the Market Evaluation Process, Market Outlook among other strategic planning processes of the SE GS LA Regional Service Unit as required by the business.
  • Analyzing and maintaining market, customer, fleet, and data segmentation, creating customer and country profiles and providing guidance and support on any internal Business Operations processes.
  • Supporting of internal and external business presentations and business reports, gathering, and analyzing market, competitor, and customer intelligence as input to the decision-making process.
  • We seek a candidate with a proven track record of managing complex projects. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Business Operations.


What You Bring

  • BS Degree with a concentration in Business, Finance or Engineering. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
  • 6 +years of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and/or Strategy experience
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact.
  • Excel, and Power Point proficiency. Tableau & Power BI/other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Ability to conceptualize complex quantitative analysis and build analytical models.
  • Ability to communicate to management & key stakeholders with poise and credibility.
  • 30% International Travel Required
  • Ideally Bilingual English/Spanish with experience working in a diverse cross-cultural business

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
