eCMMS is a division of Foxconn, the world's largest contract consumer electronics manufacturer. We are an automated packaging company located in Sandston, VA. The average tenure of our team members is 12 years. 52 of our team members have 20+ years of tenure!

This position is responsible for coordination of month-end closing process and maintaining the Company's general ledger financial system including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliation of bank statements, journal entries, labor cost reconciliation, preparation off business and financial reports, and more.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required Education

  • A bachelor’s or associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications

  • Ability to build trust and confidence across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
  • Proficient using a computer and business management related software packages such as SAP. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
  • Creative problem solver and strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to plan work of self to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Ability to routinely prioritize tasks without direction.
  • Maintains confidentiality.

Primary Duties

  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial statement report to the customer.
  • Prepare and enter journal entries into the SAP general ledger financial system.
  • Review weekly labor reporting and ensure accuracy in the financial general ledger system.
  • Coordinate month-end closing activities for an accurate and timely general ledger period close.
  • Prepare monthly direct labor invoices for customer and enter into the SAP financial system.
  • Prepare monthly operating expense, facilities and materials invoices for customer and enter into SAP financial system.
  • Prepare special project invoices for customer and enter into SAP financial system as needed.
  • Transmit invoices.
  • Monitor all accounts receivable activities and cash collections from customers.
  • Set up new vendors and customers in the SAP financial system.
  • Enter all AP transactions and coordinate disbursements including wage garnishments.
  • Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare, analyze, and file the state sales tax return monthly.
  • Prepare business analysis reports as needed by the Company.
