Overview of the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits, the Benefits Analyst functions as the primary point of contact for day-to-day 401(k) administration and strategy for Privia’s multi-site healthcare operation. This individual has direct responsibility for administration, client relations, assisting with processing terminations and enrollments, and answering questions coming from physicians/participants regarding our 401(k) plans.

This role is instrumental in assisting in the design, development and execution of multi-channel communications strategies for Privia Medical Group working in close partnership with the Finance, Marketing and Communication.

This individual will be a key contributor to the online platform, benefits administration site and other educational/training/compliance platforms.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of care center 401(k) plans
  • Train and develop education materials and lead benefits education sessions
  • Manage quarterly communications to care centers with regards to eligibility and entry dates
  • Manage the annual onboarding process and ensure timely enrollment of new providers
  • Assist with design, development and execution of robust marketing and engagement strategies on Privia Medical Group’s 401(k) plans and Compliances
  • Issue required plan disclosures and notices and oversee documentation and enrollment process with new physicians
  • Coordinate with Third Party Administrator (TPA) on the annual data request, compliance process, and contributions remaining
  • Conduct training and orientation sessions with new providers to explain our plan offering
  • Create SOP, Manual and best practice for all markets.
  • Brainstorm strategies to promote benefits communication campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, benefits designation preferred
  • 3+ years administering benefits such as 401(k) plans
  • Experience in benefits strategy and design preferred
  • Experience with digital and visual platforms and communication systems preferred
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $56,000 to $84,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
