Job Overview:

Dollar Bank is looking for a Senior Video Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our Video Tellers including operations, team development, relationship building, and customer service. You will also be responsible for adhering to all established Bank operational processes and procedures while processing transactions in an accurate and efficient manner. This position has a rotating schedule including some weekday evenings and some Saturdays. Video Tellers are available to assist customers Monday through Saturday from 8:00AM - 8:00PM. Successful candidates in this role are typically dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals with a sincere appreciation for people and an empathetic communication style to proactively contribute to the Video Teller service goals.



Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of teller/video teller experience.
• High School/GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Proficient computer skills, math aptitude and attention to detail is a must.
• Must be dependable and able to work a rotating schedule anywhere between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
• Effectively communicate and demonstrate strong time management skills as required.
• Able to work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.

Principal Activities and Duties:

• Assists with the supervision of Video Tellers as assigned.
• Works with the Video Teller Supervisor to maintain adequate staffing levels and provides employees with ongoing training and cross-training opportunities.
• Collaborates with Video Teller Supervisor to provide input on performance evaluations.
• Assumes a supervisory role to develop the team and conduct team meetings.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making as it relates to balancing risk, profitability, and customer service.
• Ensures proper daily operations of the branch.
• Processes transactions through the teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Initiates conversations to uncover customer needs and promote Dollar Bank products and services, and effectively refer customers to appropriate team members when needed.
• Acts with confidence by helping customers with their questions and takes initiative using sound judgment in decision making and problem resolution.
• Promotes good customer relations by consistently providing quality service with a friendly demeanor, a willingness to always assist and a can-do attitude.
