Automotive Assembly Technician Details:

• Temporary position
• $12.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:-Report to work and follow all given tasks as it relates to your non-exempt status in a welding manufacturing equipment, Gather material, operate heavy power/non powered machinery, quality control, packaging, and other non-exempt duties and shipping-Use hand tools(punches, hammers, wrenches, cutters, clamps, torque gun, welding gun, calipers, pliers, brooms, templates, molds, paint sprayers, welding equipment and other electric or gas powered machines).-Report malfunctioning equipment and minor area cleaning duties-Produce/Inspect parts- minor paperwork according to daily production schedule-Keep quality procedure and productivity-Promptly report malfunctioning equipment to Maintenance-Keep clean working environment-Maintain and improve working conditions for efficiency-Must be able to work individually or in groups-Must be able to work varying times and schedules -Must be able to work on different processes in the department-Must be able to work in a fast pace manufacturing environment-Good vision, coordination and dexterity to deal with handling and manipulating materials and parts-Must be able to focus on the task at hand and pay attention to details-Must be able to do repetitive work, may include long periods of standing, sitting, squatting, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, twisting, and lifting of up to 50 lbs, -Must have mental and physical stamina

Automotive Assembly Technician Qualifications:

Training provided

Ability to stand for 12 hour shift

Attendance is the key to success

Able to lift up to 50lbs
