Auto Servicing & Collections Product Configuration Manager

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization needs you! CCB Operations provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a Auto Servicing and Collections Operations Configuration Manager, you will join the Auto Platform Transformation area product team and focus on business and platform modernization strategy execution to migrate six legacy platforms to a single integrated cloud-based platform. You will lead and be responsible for platform configuration strategy and managing the configuration team through agile delivery cycles while communicating progress via JIRA Initiatives and Key Results (KR's). In this position you will partner closely with the Area Product Owner (APO), Feature Leads, Agile Leads, Vendor team, Tech Partners, Design Engineers, Business Testing, and Product Cabinet to keep product delivery on track.

Job responsibilities:
  • Strong relationship and people management skills, the ability to influence multiple internal and external teams across product domains in a complex and ambiguous environment.
  • Guide strategy and execution for Auto Servicing and Collections product transformation through the business configurable target state platform. Will be r esponsible for driving, understanding, mapping, coordinating, and reporting feature development and portfolio onboarding.
  • Primary contact with vendor for program related functional and feature development activities.
  • Act as the link between the product, the business community, vendor experts, architects, tech leads and strategic level decision-making groups.
  • Facilitate build, test, version controls, manage various environments and monitor existing product feature configurations to ensure Minimum Viable Product ( MVP) is being implemented as documented by the product roadmap.
  • Able to read and update Agile data and tools including existing dashboards (excel and Tableau based), JIRA project management tools and Confluence Product tracking sites.
  • Track key metrics and determinants across the configuration team to look for issues, trends, opportunities across the agile development teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.) Solid understanding of both Scrum and Waterfall execution strategies
  • Ability to manage product backlog and team workloads
  • Excellent organizational, time, and relationship management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage business priorities
  • Extensive work in or with Technology teams is a plus

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Agile/Scrum certifications is a plus
