Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: $8.00 with experience $8.50 with at least 1 year of experience in a daycare setting

As an Early Child Care Assistant Teacher, you will:

• Work as a team with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom functions smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture and care for their children. Showcase your tech-savvy skills using daily electronic tracking to document children’s noteworthy milestones.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep your classroom clean and safe.

• Prepare materials to be used for art projects.

• Offer individual support to students in small groups to promote understanding of more challenging concepts.
• Oversee the safety of the students inside of the classroom, during field trips, and on the campus

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
• Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

State of Georgia Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
