Assistant Superintendent

We are a close-knit general contracting company based in Dallas, TX. Founded in 2004, we specialize in Multi-Family, but have various commercial, assisted living, restoration, and now a single family community under our belt. We have multiple projects lined up and counting, so we are looking for Superintendents who want to be somewhere long-term. We consider ourselves a part of the North Texas community and love what we do.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing ground up Multi-Family projects

  • Assisting lead Superintendent

What You Need for this Position

  • 3+ years as a Multi-Family superintendent
  • High school diploma; College degree preferred
  • Wood frame, mid-rise experience necessary
