We are a close-knit general contracting company based in Dallas, TX. Founded in 2004, we specialize in Multi-Family, but have various commercial, assisted living, restoration, and now a single family community under our belt. We have multiple projects lined up and counting, so we are looking for Superintendents who want to be somewhere long-term. We consider ourselves a part of the North Texas community and love what we do.
- Competitive base $85K - $100K DOE + Bonus

- Managing ground up Multi-Family projects
- Managing subs and other teams on site
- Assisting lead Superintendent
- 3+ years as a Multi-Family superintendent
- High school diploma; College degree preferred
- Wood frame, mid-rise experience necessary
