Mellow Mushroom Fort Worth is currently looking for an assistant manager. The assistant manager's position will require front of the house and back of the house experience as you will be in both places at certain times. Knowledge of drawer counts and closing procedures are required. These will be taught during training. We use hot schedules for our scheduling system and this is also where you can log on to complete our online training. This position is hourly and starts at $16 with the potential for up to a $200 bonus a month. You will not be required to work over 40 hours. We are a smaller restaurant and our sales are around $30,000 a week. We have a great team that works together to help the restaurant succeed. We have been open since 2006 and we were the first Mellow Mushroom in Texas. We serve hand tossed baked on the stone pizzas. We also have burgers, hoagies, and salads and appetizers.
