Job Details

Job Duties include:
  • Works directly with the Lead Partner for Business Management Services to coordinate work within the department, ensure deadlines are met,

oversee the staff and work through any roadblocks that arise. Additionally, will help guide the growth and efficiency of the department along with
the Lead Partner, which may include developing new services, implementing new procedures or technology, etc.
  • Works directly with clients to ensure their business needs are met. May meet with clients via video or phone conference or, occasionally, in person.

Will be involved in, or lead, new client meetings to determine scope of work and send pricing proposals.
  • Will perform bookkeeping services to include bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger, fixed assets, month-end close, etc. Will generally

review the work of others but will at times prepare bookkeeping or perform cleanup work for disorganized books. May at times train clients on
best practices. Will produce Compiled Financial Statements for clients.
  • Will oversee the firm’s process for form 1099/1096
  • Works with clients on small business services such as Secretary of State SOI, Business Property Tax Returns, City Business License renewals, Sales

Tax Returns, AR/AP, etc.
  • Prepares tax returns for S-corporations, C-corporations, Partnerships, Single Member LLCs, Non-Profits, Trusts, and Individuals
  • Keeps daily billable hour time sheets and meets firm goal of 1,500 billable hours per calendar year
  • QuickBooks Online experience is highly desired
