Truss Assembler/Builder - $18.75 -$20.75/hour, Credit for PTO Earned

• Increased pay rate ($18.75/hour for 1st shift & $20.75/hour for 2nd shift)
• 1st shift & 2nd shift available
• ½ days every Friday, Hours are:
• 1st Shift: 6:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday + 6:00am-10:00am (eventually moving to noon) Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday + 12:00pm-4:00pm (eventually moving to 6:00pm) Friday

What is the job?

• Build wood and/or steel trusses according to customer specifications for residential, commercial and agricultural projects
• Read blueprints to meet customer requirements
• Jig set up
• Attach metal plates with hand tools

What should you bring to the job?

• At least one month of related work experience
• Hard-working, dependable, honest, punctual and motivated personality traits
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a team-based environment
• Ability to read a tape measure and utilize a hammer
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
