Our firm is looking to hire a Full-Time Mid/Application Support Engineer.
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This individual will be responsible for bug fixes, handling client data requests, and addressing tech debt. They will be expected to support our infrastructure and occasionally perform DevOps tasks. Our ideal candidate is someone who is knowledgeable, committed, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Provide technical support to address software bugs and issues
Assist with customer requests related to data handling and manipulation
Maintain and enhance our software's codebase, reducing technical debt
Contribute to maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, quality software
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience working with C#, ASP.NET(web forms and Core)
Proficient with SQL Database Management
Experience with version control systems, preferably GitHub
Strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Preferred Skills:Understanding of AWS and experience supporting infrastructure
Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles
