We are seeking a full-time Senior Analyst to work in our Dallas, TX office.

A Senior Analyst in Advisory Services provides valuation and tax consulting services to clients in all industries, including but not limited to oil and gas, energy, high-tech manufacturing, automotive, retail, consumer products, wholesale and industrial, food and beverage, e-commerce, media, communications, entertainment, healthcare, utilities and others.

Our services include valuations reports and financial consulting for the purposes of financial reporting, tax reporting, transaction advisory, litigation support, and financing. Some of the more common valuation products include the following: purchase price allocations, business enterprise valuations, valuation of equity and derivatives, intellectual property and intangible asset appraisals, fund valuations, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, expert witness reports and testimony.
