Our client is one of the largest privately held global suppliers of health care products. This is an extremely stable firm that has very little turnover and a great family-like culture. The firm is located in Morris County, NJ. They are seeking a Communications Administrator to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65,000 – $85,000

Position Overview:

The Communications Administrator will oversee writing all communication for the firm in a superior and professional manner. The Communications Administrator will handle multiple projects and support various needs of the business including administrative support duties.

Responsibilities of the Communications Administrator:

  • Maintain all communication within the firm such as reports, memos, and speeches
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate PowerPoint Presentations, Word Files, and Excel Documents
  • Manage multiple projects at once and complete various ad hoc assignments
  • Be able to prioritize assignments and pivot as needed
  • Provide administrative support

Qualifications for the Communications Administrator:

  • 3+ years in administrative, communications, or marketing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior work ethic and enthusiastic about learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
