Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates program monitoring and activities and is responsible for the daily operations and decision making that supports a specific program or initiative. Reaches out to families to schedule appointments while verifying insurance and demographic information. Works on reports for the specific program including but not limited to recall list, bump list, wait list and referral workqueue. Works as a liaison between families, providers and school administration. Ensures that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, or other specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is required
EXPERIENCE:
- At least two years experience with data collection software tools or experience in healthcare, medical or research environment.
- Previous clinical research or public health experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Experience with program evaluation and monitoring preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office databases and other applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers.
