Duties
:

  • Performs varied administrative and support tasks required for executive management.
  • Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meetings and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing reports and data; customer relations; special projects.
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced experience with general office software programs and standard office equipment.
  • Experience working with Federal Agencies preferred
