Job Description

Looking for full-time in office administrative assistant position for fast-paced established company. Candidate will need excellent phone/email skills for heavy influx of phone calls/emails for customer service, scheduling, and field technician assistance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Must have organization skills, work independently and a strong attention to detail. Duties include light accounting, filing, and accounts receivable. Prior experience in job scheduling with knowledge of the metro area. Must have clean record and provide own transportation.
