We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the EVP of Wealth Development / SVP of Corporate Development. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the finance department
  • Manage the calendar of the finance department
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research and gather information as required
  • Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Support the finance department in various administrative tasks
  • File and organize documents and records in an efficient and effective manner
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as required
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Other duties as assigned by the finance department

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in the finance industry is an asset
