Job Summary

Perform a variety of routine administrative and organizational tasks to assist with the efficiencies of the office and organization as a whole.


Job Duties

  • Greet and direct guest in an organized, friendly manner while ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Field all incoming calls and direct to appropriate employee/department
  • Mail distribution and coordination of outgoing mail/FedEx
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Manage office organization and ensure office tidiness on a daily basis, including the conference room, break room and the common area
  • Assist with AP & AR processes (including depositing checks)
  • Assist with Social Media Accounts
  • Maintain contact lists and assist with internal and external emails blasts
  • Assist with in and out of office meeting logistics
  • Assist other offices/remote employees with supply ordering, IT issues, distribution of documents/packages and other administrative tasks as they arise
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, verification, and other administrative projects
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Must have good interpersonal skills (both in person and on the phone), strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work well with others, reliable and must possess a professional attitude.


Full-Time Position

Location: 1715 N Westshore Blvd, Suite 780, Tampa, FL 33607

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm with a one hour lunch

Salaried Position
