We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of EasyLlama. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with ease.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle support tickets related to EasyLlama services, including password and account administrative tasks, past due billing, and post-pay questions.
  • Provide customer support for inquiries that cannot be addressed by other team members or technology
  • Update Help Center articles and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Route voicemails to the appropriate staff members efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide back-up support as needed for various administrative tasks, including sales support, phone support, and support for executive administrative tasks.
  • Manage all flights, scheduling, and events for the team.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • You have 5+ years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. And able to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • You have strong time management skills to manage your workload effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • You have strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing files.
  • You have a good understanding of technology and software used in your role, including office applications, scheduling software, and email management tools. We use Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion.
  • You have strong attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. From grammar to follow up, we polish all touch points to create a memorable experience for customers and each other.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills to handle issues that may arise in your work. We're a fast moving startup, asynchronous written communication and self-directed discovery can help win the day!
  • You have excellent customer service skills to provide support to clients and stakeholders. We're proud of our high NPS and CSAT, and want you to be, too!
  • You have the ability to adapt to changes and learn new skills quickly
