Responsible for compiling, processing and maintaining biweekly payroll data. Administers an accurate payroll database including employee time, attendance, punches, and leave time usage and accruals.
Completes and responds to requests for payroll related information.
Processes, verifies, and maintains documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, credentialing, training and performance evaluations.
Assists with recruitment and hiring efforts including pre-screening applicants, performing background checks and references.
Prepares ID badges, orders key fobs and performs other duties associated with the employee on-boarding process.
Processes benefit changes and reconciles monthly benefit invoices.
Personally handles administrative details for the HR Dept. including welcoming visitors, answering incoming telephone calls, scheduling and planning meetings, preparing meeting materials, preparing outgoing mail, processing incoming mail, and other clerical duties as needed.
Assists with other administrative functions as needed.
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other appropriate field and one (1) year FT experience in Human Resources with payroll processing responsibility preferred.
