Primary Responsibilities
· Efficient and Professional Phone & Email etiquette
· Answer inquiries, provide estimates and set- up work orders for customers
· Work between multiple work order software programs
· Keep work orders up to date
· Maintain communication with logistics manager and Inside Sales
· File uploads, downloads, and document scanning
· Data Entry
· Coordinate FedEx and UPS Shipments
·Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Must be able to speak clearly and effectively
· Speak and understand English well
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have friendly people skills
· Must be able to multitask
· High School Diploma/GED
·Able to maintain inventory records
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
· Able to learn new skills
· Highly organized and pays close attention to detail
· Ability to work alone and with a team
·Problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
· Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
·Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
