Pay: $21.63-$24.03 an hour (based on experience)

Schedule: In Office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in Mesa, AZ (E Baseline Rd. & N McQueen Rd.)

Job Description:

• Process hourly and non-exempt salary payroll weekly
• Enter and post time in multiple systems (SAP, UKG, Pacific Time Reporting System)
• Reconciliation
• Various reporting duties (payroll preview, end of month)
• Manually logging invoices
• Preparing invoices for processing by corporate accounting
• Working with corporate accounting function to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Coordination of Accounts Receivable activities
• Collecting manual authorizations from management for invoices
• GL coding
• Reviewing/Verifying Purchase Orders (verifying quantity, vendor, pricing)
• Check requests

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Associates Degree (Business/Accounting) plus 2 years experience OR 5 years minimum of very applicable experience

o good phone presence

o copying, scanning, faxing

o MS Office (Excel, Word)

• SAP experience or comparable(i.e. Oracle, People Soft) in the Purchase Order module
• Experience specifically in A/P with purchase orders

o Ability to work independently in a relatively short timeframe - applicable prior work experience will be VERY important

o Ability to work in a high stress environment with competing deadlines and rapidly changing priorities

o Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction environment preferred but not required
